How can you get more engagement in your team with TOFU?

Sometimes you plan the big picture, you give instructions to your team members and when you expect the result, what you get is “I was too busy on daily activities”, “I forgot”, “There was an IT issue so I couldn’t do it”, “I sent an email but didn’t get a reply” etc.

Frustrating, right? You just need to add more TOFU in your team. It is not only this white protein food made out of soja; it’s a business practice 😉
