You don’t want to be a scold as anyone can do mistakes, right? Or you have so much anger or disappointment inside that it’s better to remain quiet than to express it with regrettable words.
As a result, you don’t give feedback to your team members. And that’s simply because you don’t know how to do it professionally. That is such a pity.
